Errands On Demand are an errand running business that assist with peoples day to day needs. Whether you have a long list of errands or just need a one-off-task completing, they are there for you.
We were approached by Penny who came to us with just a business idea, our job was to bring this idea to life. Knowing that we had a blank canvas got us guys very excited!
“Eccleston.Agency definitely stood out amongst its competitors as they had an up to date vibe when viewing examples of their recent client projects”
Penny James, Director of Errands On Demand
The project began with initial logo concepts. One of Penny's core values for Errands On Demand was the care that they would provide for their customers and this is where the heart symbol derived from.
The legs of the heart reinforced the 'errand running' side of the business adding a quirky and fun element to the brand.
Once the new identity was agreed, we then began to roll out across other media such as leaflets, business cards, packaging and merchandise.
To complete the project we created a new fully optimised website implementing the new identity. The site was clean, simple and easy to navigate on both mobile and desktop.
Penny James, director of Errands On Demand said "Having instructed a couple of web design companies in my local area previously I can confidently say that Eccleston.Agency has far outweighed their talents in terms being able to understand my brief from the outset. Having chose to use a web designer that was over a 200 miles away from where my office was I was a little hesitant but after sifting through all of Wix’s recommended web design companies the Eccleston.Agency definitely stood out amongst its competitors as they had an up to date vibe when viewing examples of their recent client projects. Ryan the Senior Designer was an absolute pleasure to work with. He delivered my new website on time, his customer service and attention to detail was excellent. This agency certainly go the extra mile for their clients. I would without hesitation definitely use this them again".
